Recently, however, scientific research has revealed that there may be a cure to the common cold after all — or at least a treatment. Thirteen trials have shown that cutting a cold in half may be as easy as upping your daily dose of zinc whenever you feel your throat start to tingle or the onset of a runny nose. Just be sure to take 75 milligrams for a reduction of symptoms.
